Dog Parkour Classes for Beginners
"Dog Parkour combines elements of human parkour and dog agility to create an accessible activity for dogs and humans alike. Dogs get introduced to the world of jumping, climbing, balancing over, crawling under, and going around different obstacles in their everyday world. Parkour can be done anywhere and is limited only by one’s imagination. Dog Parkour helps with confidence and overcoming fears, and it is a low impact but challenging activity for any canine athlete."

So why Parkour?
Dog Parkour can help young puppies or nervous dogs to build confidence in new experiences and surroundings, it can help build and maintain the bond and relationship between dog and handler and can also help reactive dogs to focus on a task or activity in front of them rather than what's going on around them. It is a high intensity workout for both mind and body, that is sure to tire your dog out, without the need for vigorous exercise and overstimulation.
If you want the excitement and exercise of Agility but cannot commit to a class or the financial output for all the equipment, why not try "Urban Agility"?
We use the environment around us to stimulate our dogs, and what's more its completely free and available 365 days of the year!
I am a Certified Parkour Instructor with the International Dog Parkour Association. I regularly train with my own dogs Ryder, Pi, Darwin and Fletcher as well as my dog walking clients.
